Shipping
Shipping anywhere in the domestic USA is always free and typically takes 3-5 business days. International rates and shipping times apply for worldwide shipping. Some orders may take up to 2 weeks due to shipping delays caused by COVID-19. We thank your for your patience!
Tracking
Once your Sowsh is on it's way, you will receive an email or text of it's shipment status with a link to your tracking information (if applicable).
If you do not receive this email, please send us an email at contact@sowsh.co or DM us on any of our social media pages.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
We do not take returns. To be eligible for a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in the form of an order number and your order must have not been delivered per carrier tracking info.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your Sowsh is scratched or damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement. We offer replacements for damaged Sowshes with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery. In the case that a Sowsh does not adhere well to a case or phone, you may be eligible for a replacement Sowsh, not a refund.
If you are having trouble activating your Sowsh or popping to compatible phones and you would like to request a refund or replacement, please contact our team at contact@sowsh.co. Typically, all issues can be resolved with some helpful tips from the team!
If you have successfully activated your Sowsh and are experiencing issues tapping to a compatible device after you’ve contacted contact@sowsh.co, you may be eligible for a replacement Sowsh. If you have successfully activated your replacement Sowsh and are still experiencing issues popping to a compatible device, you may be eligible for a refund.
If you request a refund and our team cannot confirm the potential defect, you may be eligible for a partial refund on your order. Once approved for a refund, we will send you an email notifying you that we have refunded your purchase. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-4 days.
